Bus Pass Sales
Bus passes for the 2024-2025 school year will go on sale from May 1, 2024 until June 30, 2024. Processing of applications will begin after June 30. All applications must be completed using the interactive online application. An appropriate head shot photo of your child will need to be attached to the application. Applications for students in kindergarten and grade 1 include a consent form with drop-off instructions. Children in any Pre-K programs are not eligible to ride school buses.
Distance criteria will be applied to all students to determine school bus eligibility. Ineligible students, due to the distance criteria, can appeal to their school districts for exemption, pending seat availability.
Transdev will contact parents via email for payment for eligible children. Payment is due in full at that time. If payment is with a purchase order, a copy of the original PO must be emailed.
Bus passes will be ready for pickup at their school up to 3 days prior to the first day of school. For families with children at more than one school, all of the bus passes will be packaged together and sent to the school of the eldest child. All children must have their current bus pass in their possession to ride on any bus. No children will be allowed to ride with their previous school year’s bus pass.
Applications received after the June 30, 2024 deadline will be processed when the May1- June 30 applications have been processed and if seating availability remains. Priority will be given to applications received during the sale dates (May1- June30).
Individual transit pass applications will continue to be processed after the deadline, in the order they are received, but with no guarantee that they will be delivered to the school before the first day of school. Students will be responsible for paying the transit fare until they receive their passes. Student transit passes are valid from the first day of school until the last day of school only. Summer months are not included with these passes.
